The location is excellent, close to the river and historical center, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly, offering helpful service throughout our stay, which included securely storing our bikes. The breakfast featuring local products was a delightful start to the day. However, the room size felt a bit cramped for a family and could benefit from a few more amenities. While the overall experience was enjoyable, a longer stay would have been nice to fully appreciate the offerings.

I had a lovely two-night stay, enjoying the comfortable high-floor room with great views and a refreshing dip in the large clean swimming pool. The hotel had a nice sun terrace that really made for relaxing afternoons. Just a heads up, the parking lot could use some upkeep, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

Excellent Location and Motorcycle-Friendly

We had a fantastic stay while preparing for our cycling trip, with the hotel providing secure storage for our bikes. The spacious room was comfortable, and the staff were super helpful, even accommodating our needs late at night. Plus, the location made it easy to explore the beautiful riverside and local sights nearby. However, breakfast could benefit from more variety, especially healthier options.

we really enjoyed our stay at premium chaves, aquae flaviae. the location is great, just off a busy roundabout, making it easy to find cafes and restaurants nearby. the staff were super helpful, especially with our bikes for cycling the n2. breakfast was tasty and the hot tub was a nice touch after a long day.

I absolutely loved my stay! The spacious Standard Double or Twin Room had breathtaking views of the river, and I could even see the castle peeking through the trees! The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. the sun terrace and gardens made it a dream to unwind after a day of exploring.
